Equipment you'll need: mixing bowl
1 cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup sesame seeds
For the dressing:
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp coconut aminos (or Bragg's liquid aminos, tamari, or soy sauce)
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1. Combine cucumber and bell pepper in salad bowl.
2. Combine dressing ingredients in mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour over salad and toss.
3. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
