Equipment you'll need: medium mixing bowl, large mixing bowl, brownie dish or 9" cake pan
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
4 Tbsp chia powder + 3/4 cup water
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup agave
1/4 cup stevia
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
6 Tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add chia powder and water to medium mixing bowl, stir, and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. Place black beans in large mixing bowl and mash with a fork until there are no whole bean pieces left. (You may also blend them, but I chose to mash).
4. Add in remainder of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour mixture into cake pan or brownie dish, and bake for 30 minutes or until the brownies pass the toothpick test.
