I would be lying to you if I told you that I didn't eat this entire pie by myself.
It took me two days, but not a moment longer.
I am not kidding when I say: this may be one of the most delicious treats I've ever made.
Ok let me back up/make a disclaimer: I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER. And pie.
So when the two came together in this glorious combination so perfectly, I just about lost it with glee.
You will never be able to tell that this freaking delicious pie of my dreams is vegan, gluten-free, oil-free, and sugar-free.
It's also packed with fiber and protein, making it healthy enough to eat for breakfast if you're feeling like a rebel! Enjoy lovers!
