Now that much of my time is consumed with school and research, I have been making and perfecting super easy recipes to save time in the kitchen.
Here is one of my new favorites, made with only 2 simple ingredients.

Calories per serving: 100
Equipment you’ll need: baking sheet
4 large carrots
sprinkle of sea salt
1. Preheat oven to 450F, and spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Slice carrots into french-fry shapes, and place on baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle sea salt over fries.
4. Bake for 12 minutes.
