For those who aren’t familiar with it yet, meet xanthan gum.
I know it sounds weird and chemically, but it is actually just the fermentation product of an inactive bacteria (Xanthomonas campestris).

It is commonly used in gluten-free baking to mimic the effects of gluten.
A word of caution: some people experience an upset stomach, so be careful!

12 oz brewed coffee
1/4 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
1 Tbsp cacao powder

5-7 ice cubes (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
