Equipment you’ll need: high-speed blender, 8×8″ cake pan
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
3 Tbsp chia powder + 9 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp vanilla extract

5 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp Lily’s Sugar Free Chocolate Chips (optional)*Or other granulated sweetener of choice equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350F, spray cake pan with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper, and set aside.
2. Add chia powder and water to small mixing bowl and stir.
3. Place all other ingredients except chocolate chips in high-speed blender. Add chia mixture last.
4. Blend until smooth.
5. Transfer mixture into prepared baking pan, and top with chocolate chips if desired.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
