1 cup dates
5 Tbsp cacao powder
4 Tbsp shredded coconut

- Process walnuts in blender until smooth.
- Add dates and blend until well-processed.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and process until chocolate-y brown.
- Place brownie mixture into 9x5" loaf pan, and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to get the perfect brownie texture.
