I love this Keto Vegan Single-Serving Chocolate Cake because it's SO easy to make. It can be baked in the oven or microwaved (and ready in 2 minutes!!) - perfect for those moments you just need cake NOW.

Anyway, this Keto Vegan Single-Serving Chocolate Cake is so delicious and perfectly chocolatey and moist. You'll never be able to tell that it's actually super healthy for you!

Equipment you'll need: mixing bowl, microwave-safe and/or oven-safe bowl, mug, or ramekin
25g protein powder (I use Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Powder - use discount code ANNIE for 15% off!)
1 Tbsp coconut flour
2 Tbsp * (use discount code ANNIE for 20% off!)
2 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
4-7 Tbsp water
1. Preheat oven to 350F, spray oven-safe bowl/mug/ramekin with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl, and mix until thoroughly combined. I used 7 Tbsp water, but recommend starting with 4 Tbsp and adding water one Tbsp at a time until a thick batter is reached.
3. Transfer mixture to prepared bowl/mug/ramekin, and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how gooey you want the center (I like a gooey center and did 15 minutes!)
1. Spray microwave-safe bowl/mug/ramekin with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
2. Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl, and mix until thoroughly combined. I used 7 Tbsp water, but recommend starting with 4 Tbsp and adding water one Tbsp at a time until a thick batter is reached.
3. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Then, microwave on 50% power in 30 second increments until your desired consistency is reached. (I did 1 minute and 30 seconds on 50% power and the middle was a tad gooey - just how I like it!)
