It may sound odd, but it is seriously SO delicious.
Mulled wine typically contains added sugar, but this is a low-sugar version with all of the sweetness coming from the orange slices and a few drops of liquid stevia extract.

Equipment you’ll need: medium stockpot
1 bottle red wine
1 orange, sliced
2 cinnamon sticks
8 whole cloves
8 drops liquid stevia extract (or other sweetener of choice)
1/4 cup brandy (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in medium stockpot and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Note: If you bring to a full boil, you will boil out most of the alcohol!
2. Simmer for at least 15 minutes (and up to 3 hours) at low to medium heat.
