I've always loved sangria, but had never actually made it until this past Mother's Day! Speaking of Mother's day, my fiancé, his sister, and I totally surprised their mom (his parents live in Austin, too so we are super lucky) and showed up to their house with flowers, brunch, and this DELICIOUS sugar-free, low-calorie, low-carb sangria. Everyone LOVED IT. No one could believe that it was actually sugar-free/low-calorie/low-carb. Except they did believe it because they know me and they know I'd never bring anything over that wasn't a healthier version of whatever it is... At only 109 calories per serving, I'd say this is the perfect brunch time (or anytime) cocktail. So refreshing, sweet, and colorful!PS - the only thing missing from this Mother's Day was MY MOM! Miss and love you Mommy! My mom was too busy at home in Arizona being a cardiologist and saving lives and stuff... you know, the usual. Haha! For those who don't know, my mom is my best friend in the entire world!!! I call her twice a day (at least). She is such an amazing human being. She is kind, patient, loving, and so freaking adorable!

Equipment you'll need: large pitcher
1 bottle red wine (I used Trader Joe's "two buck chuck" merlot!)
1/4 cup vodka
1 liter club soda
2 cups fruit (I used sliced oranges, strawberries, cranberries, and a lemon)
1/8 tsp liquid stevia (add more to taste)
Ice
1. Combine all ingredients in large pitcher, and refrigerate overnight before serving!
2. Serve over ice.
