Equipment you’ll need: high-speed blender or food processor
1 cup gluten-free quick oats
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use this kind)
1/4 cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 tsp natural butter flavor
1/2 tspliquid stevia
1 Tbsp granulated erythritol, or other granulated sweetener of choice (I use Swerve)
1 Tbsp Gaia Herbs Organic Maca Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1. Add oats to high-speed blender, and process until flour-like consistency is reached.
2. Add in remaining ingredients, and process until it is smooth and creamy.
