Low-carb, sugar-free, vegan, paleo, low-calorie, and gluten-free, too – hard to believe this stuff is real!
Also, it’s only 3 ingredients (and one of them is water!) so it’s as easy as putting 3 things a bowl and stirring.
Voila, perfect frosting ready to frost (or spoon right into your mouth – of course I’ve never done that…..) in 2 minutes.
When I went home for Thanksgiving, my mom tried this frosting atop my Sugar-Free Sugar Cookies, and you should have seen her face!!!
She was in total heaven.
I was ecstatic!
She is quite a baker herself, so when baked goods impress her, it’s a big deal. This frosting (and the coming-soon-sugar-cookies) really are soooo yummy. And super easy to make!!
Cost per serving: $0.50
