Ingredients: makes 10 servings
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Mash bananas in large mixing bowl.
3. Add in the rest of ingredients (except raisins) and mix thoroughly.
4. Add in raisins and mix again.
5. Use a tablespoon to scoop out cookie dough, and place on un-greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
