I love recipes like that – when people are shocked to hear the stats (i.e. vegan, gluten-free, low-fat, oil-free, sugar-free, etc. etc.)

Equipment you’ll need: baking sheet, large mixing bowl
4 cups Rice Chex Cereal
3 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter + 6 Tbsp water
3 Tbsp Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp liquid stevia
1. In small mixing bowl, combine powdered peanut butter and water, and stir.
2. Add in maple syrup and liquid stevia, and stir some more.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add Rice Chex and cocoa powder. Stir to combine.
4. Pour peanut butter mixture over Rice Chex mixture, and stir until Chex are evenly coated.Note: if it’s too cocoa-y for you, sprinkle with granulated sweetener of choice until it is sweet enough 🙂
