Equipment you'll need: mixing bowl, large saucepan
Ingredients: makes 8 servings
3/4 cup peanut flour + 1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp Living Jin agar agar powder
4 cups crispy rice cereal
Optional:

Method:
- Combine peanut flour in water in mixing bowl, and stir until peanut butter consistency is reached.
- Combine all ingredients (including peanut mixture) except crispy rice cereal in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Add in crispy rice cereal, and stir.
- Pack into baking pan and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Once cooled, top with , if desired.
