I have always LOVED burgers. There is just something about biting into a big, juicy burger that instantly brings a smile to my face.
Since I became vegan, I have probably had hundreds of different veggie burgers.
This one is definitely on my Top 5 list.
These delicious chipotle pinto burgers are moist and bursting with flavor in every bite!
They are so easy to make and will surely be a crowd pleaser.
My boyfriend and I devoured these in seconds, and we are looking forward to having leftovers for lunch later today!

This recipe looks amazing! I am trying it this week! Is there something I can replace the vegan mayo with? Egg replacer?
Annie
Hi Kasey! Yes, these are sooo yummy. I have never tried using egg replacer so I'm not sure. But if it's a similar consistency to mayo, then I'm sure it would work perfectly!

I was happy to find your recipe. I had a vegan pinto bean burger at a restaurant and loved it!
I like to soak and cook dry pinto beans and use them instead of canned beans.
Christine
I made these for dinner tonight. So delicious and flavorful! I love how they are spicy, but not overly so. Thanks for the great recipe!

Penny
These are not oil free. The number one ingredient in vegan mayonnaise is oil.
Annie Markowitz
Hi Penny! The mayo that I link to is actually a recipe of mine for oil-free mayo 🙂
