Instructions
Place 1/4 cup buckwheat groats in small mixing bowl, and set aside.
Combine all ingredients (except reserved 1/4 cup buckwheat groats) in large mixing bowl, and mix with a fork until well-combined.
Roll contents into ball shapes, and coat each bite with reserved 1/4 cup buckwheat groats.
