Ingredients: makes 3 servings
4 cups green cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup canned corn (non-GMO preferably)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
12 grape tomatoes, halved

For the dressing:
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp water
4 tsp red wine vinegar
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
8 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)
Method:
1. Combine cabbage, corn, shredded carrots, and tomatoes in large salad bowl.
2. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour dressing over veggies, toss, and enjoy!
