Most store-bought granola bars are loaded with sugar and lacking in the fiber department, but these are full of fiber and low in sugar so you will feel full and energized in between meals.
Not only are these more nutritious than anything you can get at the grocery store, they are also a fraction of the cost!
Make a batch of these and store them in the fridge for an easy, healthy snack that you can grab on the go.

Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe! these look delicious and I cant wait to make them!! What is the best way to store these beauties, also, will the bars last 7 days if I want to make a double batch for the week?
Hi Renee! I think they should last 7 days in the fridge! Mine never last that long because I eat them before that, but I don't see why they wouldn't last 🙂
