It is my go-to for serving to guests because it’s always a huge hit, and it is so easy to make!
For those of you who still haven’t hopped on the kale bandwagon, this is the perfect recipe to start with.
The creamy, delicious dressing masks the bitter taste of the kale (especially if you refrigerate for a few hours before serving).
Kale is an amazingly powerful superfood. It has been shown to lower the risk of five types of cancers (bladder, breast, colon, ovarian, and prostate), and it is packed with phytonutrients that help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress (which causes aging).
Additionally, it has been shown to help our cells detoxify! (source)
Basically, kale is AMAZING!
Have I convinced you to try it yet?! Enjoy and happy Friday, everyone! 🙂
