1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon
6-12 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)

Method:
1. If using a regular blender (versus high-speed), soak your cashews in water overnight to soften them up. If using a high-speed blender, soak for two hours.

Do the cashews settle in the bottom after awhile? I just have a ninja so I'm not sure they would get completely smooth...
I'm not 100% sure either - soaking will definitely help though!

Hi Florence! Thank you so much 🙂 I believe this cramer can be frozen and defrosted by just leaving it out on the counter! I have not tried it though, but I don't see why it wouldn't work!

Thank you for this recipe! I am currently soaking cashews for 2 hours as I have a Vitamix.I am almost dairy free as I have been hoping to find a replacement for half and half and/or heavy cream for my morning coffee. Next is getting off bread and pasta!!
