If you haven't noticed yet, I love sweets. All kinds of sweets - anything with chocolate, cookies, cakes... you name it, I like it. I have at least one sweet treat every day, and sometimes more! Ordinarily, this might be a problem for my waistline, but because I make healthy sweet treats that are relatively low in sugar (but still taste delicious), weight gain is not an issue. Also, moderation is key. I have one serving at a time and that is enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. Having healthy sweet treats around is crucial to staying on track with your diet, so that when you have a craving for sugar you can grab an oatmeal raisin cookie or a Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Bite instead of running to the store and buying a Snickers bar. Enjoy!
