Exciting news: I am in the process of publishing my first online cookbook! It is called "10 Easy, Vegan Dessert Recipes," and I am using Bakespace.com's Cookbook Cafe. Cookbook Cafe is an awesome website where you can create and publish your own cookbooks which are then available for download or purchase through their iPad app. I will keep y'all posted on when the book is officially published and ready for download. I adore almond milk! This post was a great reminder for me to make some. I tend to get in the habit of making it and then slack off for a while hehe. I think I'm going to get to that this afternoon!

It really is so much better when it's homemade and pure! It's so worth the few extra minutes it takes to make it 🙂

This tasted very good! I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 6 drops of stevia. It reminded me of the milk leftover in a bowl of Cinnamon Life Cereal.

Oh my gosh YES you are so right! Or Cinnamon Toast Crunch 🙂 That sounds like a great recipe I need to try to make! Thanks for your comment, Christina 🙂

You’re welcome, and thank you for the easy and delicious recipe! Homemade Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a great idea. I actually tried a recipe for that once using chickpea flour. It turned out okay, but could have been sweeter and more cinnamon-y. Maybe you could do your own rendition of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It would probably turn out better!

I think I will start working on it! I am excited. Thanks, Christina!
