This is hands down the most delicious almond milk I've ever had. I have this in my coffee in the morning and it is turns a regular 'ole cup of joe into a scrumptious treat that I can't wait to get out of bed to enjoy. Although I am not against buying almond milk from the grocery store, it is a great feeling to make it for yourself and enjoy the delicious, pure taste without the additives found in commercial brands. Almonds are a great source of tons of vitamins and minerals including biotin and vitamin E, which are good for hair, nails, and skin. Additionally, the healthy fats found in almonds have been shown to decrease bad cholesterol, thereby lowering the risk for heart disease! (source)
