This is a raw vegan version of the classic Ranch dressing, which means it was made entirely from a combination of RAW foods in their natural state.
I was so surprised when I tasted this dressing that not only did it taste good, but it also tasted like Ranch!
Although it is a bit sweeter than normal Ranch, it is still amazingly delicious.
After making this dressing and sharing with a few non-vegan friends who enjoyed it (that is the true test!), this recipe has become a staple in my home.
An easy, quick dip or dressing for veggies or a salad, this recipe is the perfect addition to your repertoire.
It's gluten-free, low-carb, and paleo, too!

I would add a bit of chives as well 🙂

Hello!! Can't wait to try this!! I wondered however can you take out the Olive oil or substitute something in its place?? We aren't big "oil" fans. Wonder if it would taste the same without it. Thanks!!
Kay
I too, can't have oil in my food, am a new Vegan for about 6 weeks, so I would also like to try this without oil any suggestions would be good, also are you having trouble finding receipts without oil???very interested in knowing...Thank you...
Annie
Hi Kay! I have added a category on my page for "no oil" recipes. So hopefully you'll be able to find some good recipes to try! I like to limit oil as much as possible, so many of my recipes do not contain oil.
Annie
Hi Amy! I tried omitting the olive oil and it didn't work out very well. I ended up just adding it in at the end. I believe you could try to use silken tofu in its place. 🙂

This sounds and looks amazing. Any suggestions for replacing the stevia? I really can't stand the taste.
Annie
Use agave instead! My Mom doesn't like the taste either so I understand that 🙂

I love the idea of the dill. I think that's what's been missing from my homemade ranch dressing. Really excited to give this a go!
Annie
Hey Allison! Please let me know how it turns out! 🙂

I would cut out stevia and add parsly adn dill only at the end for a little pulse. Everything else sounds really good!
Annie
Hi Laura! Please let me know how that turns out if you give it a try 🙂

I love ranch & im an aspriring vegan so I’m excited to try this. One problem. I live alone and there’s no way I could finish this amount of ranch in one sitting.
How long would this keep in the fridge?
Annie
Hi! It should last at least 4 days in the fridge. You can always try making half of the recipe, too! Hope you enjoy 🙂
Elaine
Doesn’t seem like this would be ranch dressing without the sour cream. Without sour cream What gives it body?
Annie
The cashews give it the thickness and all of the spices add flavor! 🙂
