Hummus is one of my favorite snacks, but buying it from the store can be expensive! And it usually is loaded with oil, which I'm not a fan of.
Lucky for me and my hummus habit, it's super easy to make it at home at fraction of the cost!
This is a simple & quick Low-Fat Hummus recipe that is ready in minutes.
Perfect for veggie or cracker dipping!

Equipment you'll need: high-speed blender
Ingredients: makes 24 servings (3 cups; 2 Tbsp per serving)
1 can of chickpeas (15 oz), with liquid
1 can of chickpeas (15 oz), drained
1/4 cup lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1 garlic clove, peeled
1 tsp cumin
Salt, to taste
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to high-speed blender, and blend until smooth.

- 1 can (15oz) chickpeas, with liquid
- 1 can (15oz) chickpeas, drained
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
