Equipment you’ll need: high-speed blender
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained
1 can (15 oz) chickpeas with water
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
2 to 4 cloves garlic, peeled
4 Tbsp sesame seeds
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
salt, to taste
1. Combine all ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with more smoked paprika and sesame seeds, if desired.
