My boyfriend loves Raising Cane's Sauce, so he inspired me to try to come up with a vegan version to enjoy at home. For those of you who don't know what Raising Cane's is, it is THE fast food restaurant here in Austin. It is always packed!! They are famous for their delicious dipping sauce (and fried chicken - haven't mastered how to veganize that yet, though!). It is similar to a Russian dressing, wonderfully savory and creamy. Although it is designed for dipping of chicken tenders, it is sensational as a veggie dip as well! Dip any raw veggies or some sweet potato fries for a yummy, satisfying snack!Cost per serving: $0.25

I make something like this sans the ketchup. I don't like "sweet." Instead I use Louisiana hot sauce. Great combo. Great for meat eaters and vegans alike. Add a bit of balsamic and toss a salad with it. Potato chips, fries, baked potatoes go well with this. The options are endless! Thanks for sharing!
