Or to cooking in general - I've been living on peanut butter and bananas while getting my new life all situated.
I'm definitely not complaining though, I LOVE peanut butter and bananas!
Anyway, these kale chips are delish.
I made them for a friend and we devoured them!
I learned the hard way that these are best enjoyed right after making them (not the next day).
They are super simple and a delightful way to get in some extra greens!

Hey Annie! I need to make some of these! I'm a chip addict, so when there is bag around me...it's over! Ha ha! I think this would help. 🙂 How often do you make them?
Annie
Hey Amanda! Yes, I love chips too! I just made them for the first time last week and since then I've made them 3 times. They are soooo yummy 🙂
Amanda

I have never tried these with the nutritional yeast, I usually use chopped chilli or cayenne instead but having recently discovered the lovely cheesy nuttiness of the yeast, think I will have to give it a go!
