Equipment you'll need: small mixing bowl, large mixing bowl, baking sheet
1.5 cups Rice Chex cereal
1.5 cups gluten-free "Cheerios"
1.5 cups gluten-free pretzels
2 Tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1. Preheat oven to 250F, spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
2. In small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, combine chex cereal, cheerios, and pretzels. Pour soy sauce mixture on top, and toss until well-combined (I used my hands for this step!).
4. Pour chex mixture on to baking sheet, and spread evenly in a single layer for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

This is NOT gluten free if it has soy sauce. Soy sauce is pure gluten

Thank you so much for pointing this out, Lexi! I've updated the recipe to substitute tamari for a gluten-free option.
