  • 4 cups water
  • 1.5 cups uncooked quinoa
  • 1 can 15 oz. black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can 15 oz. corn
  • 1 can 15 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 can 15 oz. diced tomatoes
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 2 tsp Watkins Organic Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Watkins Organic Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Watkins Organic Paprika
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • Watkins Organic Ground Black Pepper and additional spices to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in large pot, and stir.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce to simmer, and let simmer for 30 minutes.
