  1. Preheat oven to 350 F, line muffin tin with non-stick muffin liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
  2. Add all dry ingredients to high-speed blender, and blend until mixed well.
  3. Add in wet ingredients, and blend until smooth.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
