This Air-Fryer Vegan French "Toast" is totally delicious!! It's also keto, low-carb, sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, oil-free & packed with protein, making it the perfect, healthy breakfast. Ready in 20 minutes or less!
Drain tofu: remove tofu from package, and wrap the block of tofu in paper towels. Gently squeeze out excess moisture, and set aside for about 10 minutes to allow it to continue draining.
Combine coconut flour, granulated sweetener, and cinnamon in medium mixing bowl and mix.
Slice tofu in half to create two square slabs that are about 1/2 inch thick. Slice each square in half diagonally.
Preheat air fryer to 350F.
Coat each piece of tofu in coconut flour mixture, and place in air fryer.
Cook tofu for 7 minutes. Flip, and cook the other side for 7 more minutes.
