Instructions
Prepare
Skinny Peanut Sauce
in small mixing bowl, and add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired salad dressing thickness is reached.
Combine all ingredients except peanuts in large mixing bowl, top with salad dressing, and toss well.
Top with peanuts, and serve.
