This Easy BBQ Tofu is totally delicious and so easy to make! It's vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, low-carb, oil-free, and high-protein. The perfect, vegan lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
1
block extra firm tofu
14oz drained
1/4
cup
Sugar-Free Barbecue Sauce
or barbecue sauce of choice
Garlic powder & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Drain tofu: wrap block of tofu in paper towels and let drain for 10-15 minutes.
Slice tofu into 16 equal-sized pieces.
Spray frying pan with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat.
Add tofu and season with garlic powder and pepper (a few dashes of each).
Fry tofu for 5 minutes, flip, and fry the other side for another 5 minutes or until tofu is golden brown and slightly charred in some places.
Remove from heat, coat each piece with barbecue sauce, and enjoy!
