Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F, spray cake pan with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper, and set aside.
Add chia powder and water to small mixing bowl and stir.
Place all other ingredients except chocolate chips in high-speed blender. Add chia mixture last.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer mixture into prepared baking pan, and top with chocolate chips if desired.
Bake for 30 minutes.
