Whisk together all chocolate coating ingredients in small mixing bowl.
Place a tablespoon of chocolate coating into each muffin liner.
Place in freezer for 10 minutes to harden.
While chocolate is hardening in freezer, combine peanut butter filling ingredients in a separate mixing bowl and mix until a peanut-butter consistency is reached.
Remove chocolates from freezer and use a teaspoon to spoon out peanut butter mixture into each muffin liner.
Place an additional tablespoon of chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter.
