peanut flour
+ 1/2 cup water

Lakanto Sugar-Free Maple Syrup*

crispy rice cereal

Instructions
Combine peanut flour in water in mixing bowl, and stir until peanut butter consistency is reached.
Combine all ingredients (including peanut mixture) except crispy rice cereal in saucepan.
Bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
Add in crispy rice cereal, and stir.
Pack into baking pan and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Once cooled, top with
Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Syrup
, if desired.
