Equipment you'll need: salad bowl, small mixing bowl
4 cups kale, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 avocado, sliced
1 Tbsp hemp seeds (optional)
For the dressing:
1 Tbsp olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
8 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Add kale and carrots to large salad bowl.
3. Pour dressing over kale and carrots, and toss.
4. Top with avocado and hemp seeds, if desired!
