I’ve been Pinteresting about it since August, but still haven’t made my final decision.
I’m leaning towards a mermaid. With the fiancé being a sailor and our dog being a lobster!! We’ll see – I’ll keep y’all posted, don’t worry 😀
Anyway, Halloween can be a dangerous time for our waistline!! And then there’s Thanksgiving… and then Christmas… more on those two holidays later.
So basically. Lots of food, family, friends, and FUN coming up!!
It can be challenging, though, to not overindulge during this time of year, but having lower-calorie, healthier treats and snacks on hand makes it SO much easier!
That’s always my go-to strategy.
If there are things around that are fun and exciting to eat that I know are better choices for my body, it’s so much easier to make the right choice!
