Equipment you’ll need: salad bowl, small mixing bowl
4 cups kale, chopped
1 cup shredded carrots
1 avocado, sliced
1 Tbsp hemp seedsFor the dressing:
1 Tbsp olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
8 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)
1. In a small mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2. Add kale and carrots to large salad bowl.
3. Pour dressing over kale and carrots, and toss.
