We always go around the table and say what we are grateful for, and every year I am overcome with so much emotion (aka I cry… A LOT. Tears of joy though… that seem to get more voluminous each year…)
I am just so unbelievably FULL of appreciation for this amazing life!!!
No, things aren’t always perfect.
They aren’t perfect a lot of the time actually. And life can be SO challenging.
But when it comes down to it, I am so beyond grateful for every single experience and person that comes into my life. Good and bad. Happy and sad.
Because life is such an incredible journey. And we are all here to learn and live it TOGETHER!!
On that note, I am SOOOOOO THANKFUL for each and every one of you. You inspire me every day to continue this blog and pursue my passion of spreading my message that health and wellness can be easy, fun, and DELICIOUS.
