Ingredients: makes 2 servings
1/2 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, and cumin in bowl and mix.
2. Drain excess lemon juice.
