Equipment you'll need: blender, mixing bowl
5 Tbsp lemon juice

1 block House Foods organic extra firm tofu
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried basil
*Or other sweetener of choice equivalent to 2.5 Tbsp sugar
1. Combine lemon juice, sweetener, tofu, garlic, salt, and nutritional yeast in blender, and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer to mixing bowl, and mix in dill, parsley, and basil.
3. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve!
