Equipment you’ll need: mixing bowl
6 cups romaine lettuce (or salad mix – I used one that had romaine, cabbage, and shredded carrots in it)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
5 radishes, sliced
For the dressing:
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp water
4 tsp red wine vinegar
4 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
8 drops liquid stevia (or other sweetener, to taste)
1. Combine lettuce, shredded carrots, and radishes in large salad bowl.
2. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour dressing over veggies, toss, and enjoy!
