This salad is another easy salad recipe that you can make in 10 minutes or less (like my Cucumber Sesame Salad and Quick Two Bean Salad).
I like to whip up a few batches of the dressing and store it in the fridge, so I can quickly and effortlessly put a delicious salad together for lunch or dinner.
One of the best ways to make sure you stay on track throughout the week is to keep your refrigerator stocked with healthy options that you can quickly turn into satisfying meals.
Have dressings, dips, and sauces readily available so you can have something healthy and delicious to snack on whenever you feel like it!
I have my Raw Cashew "Cheese" Dip in my fridge at all times, which is perfect for dipping broccoli and carrots into when I need an afternoon pick-me-up.

5 radishes, sliced
For the dressing:
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp water
4 tsp red wine vinegar
4 tsp balsamic vinegar

1. Combine lettuce, shredded carrots, and radishes in large salad bowl.
2. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients, and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour dressing over veggies, toss, and enjoy.
