This Simple Cucumber Sesame Salad is the easiest dish ever that I put together in 5 minutes.
It was the day before I was leaving town, and all I had left in the fridge was a cucumber and an orange bell pepper.
I quickly sliced them up, topped them with some sesame seeds, and threw together an Asian-style dressing.
I had no idea that my 5-minute creation would be so tasty and refreshing!
I didn't plan on posting the recipe when I created it, but after one bite I knew it was too delicious not to share it with y'all!
