Oh my goodness y'all. This stuff is delicious.
It's basically like a peanut butter cookie that has been blended up into a spreadable, peanut-butter-y form!
Not to be confused with regular peanut butter... there is a huge difference!
You'll have to try it to find out what I mean.
This idea came to me after my Apple Pie Protein Butter (which is equally as amazing, but very different in taste) was a total hit.
Man is that stuff good!
This kind of spread is totally my thing these days.
Typically I like to spoon it right out of the jar. Sometimes I will spread it on toast.
But usually once it's on my mind it becomes an urgent matter to get it into my mouth, thus taking the time to prepare the toast becomes out of the question.
It's so good. Enjoy!!

Do you need powdered pb, or can I also use ground, roasted (salted?) peanuts? Seems the same to me, and less costly 🙂
Annie
Hi Sandy! Yes you can totally use ground peanuts. The only difference will be that the calorie content will go up a bit 🙂

How long does this recipe usually last & how long would you recommend storing it at what temperature??
Annie
It is usually gone within 4 days around here 😀 None of the ingredients go bad for a long time so I would think it would last for at least a few weeks in the fridge.

Is there a different protein powder I could use or does it have to be this one specifically? Flavored or unflavored?
Annie Markowitz
Any protein powder will work! Unflavored or flavored will be fine! The kind I used was unflavored 🙂

What’s the nutritional fact for the protein you used so I can see if it matches with the one I have 🙂
