This is my favorite smoothie of all time!!! (so far!). The fiancé's too!It basically tastes like a peanut butter/banana milkshake, with some greens hidden in there that you can't taste at all.
It is such a delicious treat, but so good for you at the same time!
Packed with potassium, protein, fiber, healthy fats, and tons of vitamins and minerals.
It's the perfect, filling breakfast - you'll feel full and happy all morning long.

Equipment you'll need: blender
Ingredients: makes 1 large smoothie
1.5 cups water or non-dairy milk
1/2 cup powdered peanut butter or peanut flour*
1 banana
1.5-2 cups kale (depending on how much green you like!)
1/8 tsp liquid stevia extract (optional - sweeten, to taste)
handful of ice cubes*You can also use 2 Tbsp regular peanut butter

I love this... I have it every day for lunch... Just using powdered pb instead of pb then I add a little protein powder. I often use spinach cuz we always have it. Plus usually double the blueberries
And sometimes a big bite of avocado. So amazing!!
