He is the king of simplicity when it comes to food.

Anyway, I was home visiting my parents and started feeling a little under the weather a few weeks ago.
He threw this Simple Vegan Bok Choy together in a few minutes, and it completely revived me. It is so comforting, savory, and packed with nutrition.

I started off this soup with a dash of a pack soup in some water. I added strips of turkey breasts, carrots, corn, chive, soy sauce, onion powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper a little salt and chopped Bok Choy. Yuuuuuuuum!
