Only one issue when I became vegan: it's usually drenched in mayo!
Not to worry though, I came up with a healthier version that is so creamy, sweet, and delicious that you'd never guess it's vegan!
Serve on the side of my favorite bean burger or Vegan Hot Dog, and you have yourself the perfect vegan, gluten-free barbecue feast.
This slaw stays good in the fridge for at least 5 days - if you don't eat it sooner!
